Objectives of The Kashmir Fellowship:

One fellow reflected, “More than just models, I understood the power of changing mindsets in individuals to create transformations. This was my greatest takeaway from the compendium. I think this is a major problem in Kashmir. If we can change individual mindsets, it won't take long for society to change.” Another fellow expressed, “This program has given me a chance to meet like-minded people and discuss the issues our society is facing. Hence, I believe if we all work together for a common cause we can add more value and come to some solution.”

Recently, in March 2024, Bridge Institute organised J&K Changemakers Breakthrough Fellowship in collaboration with TimeCode Events and Infinity Club. Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Secretary of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, J&K, addressed participants and emphasised the importance of stepping out of one's comfort zone to achieve personal growth.

The fellowship aims to empower youth through leadership and decision-making skills. Featuring sessions with government officers, academics, and business experts, the program supports personal and professional development over six months, enhancing youth potential and exposure to international economy and market trends.
